Then, support it with a reason. Next, support this with as many specific examples as you can. If you can’t find examples, remember, you’re an adult! Use your own experience, and provide examples from your own life and experience. This is a speaking test, and the examiner must hear you speak, plain and simple. She or he is not expecting you to quote research in Part 3, so use the first examples that come to mind.
