Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says he expects President Joe Biden to be at the “top of his game” during his presidential debate against Donald Trump.

President Biden and Mr Trump are set to engage in two presidential debates before the election.

“The White House will control his schedule heavily in the lead-up to that debate,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow.
