Andhra Pradesh Assembly Budget sessions have begun on day 2 at Amaravati. Modugula Venugopal Reddy raised the issue of road connectivity to villages. He said it is better to prevent Tractor with steel wheels running on the roads to protect roads. Venugopal Reddy said it is better to use CSR funds on laying roads in villages. He said health and education sector would suffer greatly if the government couldn't move with a planned approach. Minister Narayana replied to the member of house questions.
