Full class on knee strength and stability in front stance and front kick.
This is a recording of our Zoom basics-training from Friday, May 22. We go over 3 important points of the front knee in front stance: keeping it bent pushing forward, don't come up and down with stepping, and don't allow the front knee to collapse when rotating to half-face. Greg then breaks down the importance of the front knee for front kicking. We did have a problem with our recording device (it stopped recording during Greg's part of the session).
