I started on September 1st 2020 and today on 9/29/20 I am 8lbs lighter, and am stuffed, but dropping weight little by little each day! This was a little bit of a lighter eating day for me, usually I will have a little snack, but I was super busy and not very hungry. Eating starchy foods definitely makes me feel very satiated in the day which is the point of eating this way. I am only 5 foot 0 inches and generally just not a big eater in general, everyone is different. However, I still have 50+ pounds to lose so it goes to show you the importance of calorie density, even if you don't eat as much as other people.
