Uttar Pradesh, India's biggest state election, moves into phase four on Wednesday. There are three more rounds to go after that. After phase four, more than half of UP's 403 assembly seats would have voted. There are 60 seats, including state capital Lucknow, across nine UP districts that will vote in this phase.
