Zillow’s new housing market forecast is calling for existing home sales to fall further in 2024. They are predicting that sales will fall to a 29-year low! They also shared thier real estate market predictions for home values as well for the US and for select US metros as well through March of 2025.

To give you a quick mortgage interest rates update, according to the Mortgage News Daily the average 30 yr fixed rate mortgage is around 7.4% for the current mortgage rates for people with exceptional credit (at the time of filming this video).
