We look at a Victini VMAX deck list in this Battle Styles deck profile.

Welder decks in the Pokemon TCG gain another new powerful attacker from the new Battle Styles set in the form of Victini VMAX. While the core of this deck will look familiar to anyone who has played a Fire deck in the Pokemon TCG before, Victini VMAX has some unique qualities that other cards like it lack.

It can hit for 220 damage against any Pokemon V or Pokemon VMAX for a very low amount of Energy. Its pre-evolution, Victini V from Sword & Shield, is a solid card on its own both in terms of damage and accelerating Energy. As a result this deck is less reliant on both going second and Volcanion like most other Fire decks in the format.
