Breaking News - Bordeaux confirm agreement with Roma to sell Malcom

Everton appear to have missed out on the signing of Malcom after Bordeaux confirmed an agreement for AS Roma to recruit the Brazilian winger.Sky Italia earlier reported that a deal potentially rising to €36million (£32million) with bonuses had been settled on by the two clubs, with Malcom expected to arrive in Rome on Monday evening. That was followed by a message from Bordeaux's official Twitter account which read: 'FC Girondins de Bordeaux informs you that an agreement has been reached, subject to the signature of the administrative documents, with AS Roma for the transfer of Malcom.'  RELATED ARTICLES Previous 1 Next Richarlison completes Everton medical at private Liverpool... Arsenal, Liverpool, Fulham and Inter Milan have also been closely watching Malcom, while Everton were due to hold talks with Bordeaux president Stephane Martin over the player last week. However, they moved to play down their interest and instead are set to secure the £44m signing of another talented Brazilian in Watford's Richarlison, who arrived at a private hospital in Liverpool on Monday morning to undergo a medical.Roma have already been very busy in the transfer market this summer, recruiting Javier Pastore, Justin Kluivert, Davide Santon, Ante Coric, William Bianda, Bryan Cristante, Nicolo Zaniolo, Antonio Mirante, Ivan Marcano and Daniel Fuzato.Last season's Champions League semi-finalists, now chasing Melbourne City's Daniel Arzani and FC Copenhagen goalkeeper Robin Olsen, also sanctioned the sale of Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan to Serie A rivals Inter Milan for £21m.Eusebio Di Francesco's side are currently on a pre-season tour of the United States, where they will play Tottenham, Barcelona and Real Madrid in the International Champions Cup.
