A few minutes a day on this exercise will literally rewire your brain to stop thinking about LH/RH and honestly, magically, help you overcome co-ordination problems. Herein, I demonstrate what can be done with any chord type in any key but the main idea is to be able to do with both hands each exercise to the same degree of comfort. Close your eyes, stop thinking, find your natural limit and it WILL suddenly happen. This is called 'becoming a spectator to your hands'.
