Recipe - Bachelor Fried Chicken Ingredients Chicken leg pieces - 4 Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp ( 1 tbsp for marination and 1 tbsp to flour ) Turmeric - 1/2 tbsp Dhaniya Powder - 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Refined Flour - 1 cup Garam Masala - 1 tbsp Buttermilk - 1 cup Curd - 200 ml Mint - tbsp Coriander - 1 tbsp Salt as per taste Oil for deep fry Method Wash chicken and remove all excess water. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, dhaniya powder, lemon juice and set aside in fridge for 1 hour. Add chilli powder and garam masala to refined flour Pick up each of these pieces and dip them in buttermilk and then roll them in flour mix. Add oil to pan. When the oil is hot enough fry the chicken pieces till golden brown on medium high flame. Serve it hot with sliced onions and dip.
