Hi Guys,

I'm seeing so many of you on social media trying out recipes from the channel! The one I've been seeing a lot is the granola so if I see you guys tagging me in your posts Ill be sure to repost them! A lot of questions come my way about snacking and cheat days, but i've always said healthy living is a lifestyle that I don't feel like I need to take any time away from. There are so many amazingly simple, yet creative snack options like Chia Seed Pudding or even something as simple as Date Balls. There are so many options that I'm going to start introducing to all of you as we go into the summer months. If you have any recommendations comment down below and if you're going to make these today then make sure to tag me so I can see when you made it! I'm going to Facetime or video call the first three of you who share on social media and I'll let you guys choose a few things from a little closet of goodies!

I've heard from my friends all over the country that things are changing and in Europe my family updated me on what is going on in the Netherlands. Ingredients:

1.Berry Dates Balls
-1 cup packed pitted dates ( about 190g)
-2/3 cup raw cashews ( 60g)
-1/2 cup dried goji berries
- 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
-2 teaspoon of chia seed
-Shredded coconut

2.Chiaseed pudding with raspberry compote
- ½ cup of almond milk ( or any other plant based milk)
- 2 tablespoons of chiaseed
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Topping: coconut yoghurt & Raspberry compote
( Raspberry compote: Add frozen raspberries to pan with some maple syrup, cook until soft)

3. Dates filled with Tahini or with Almond butter + walnut or any kind of nut
