Will he ever commit? The thought that he will never commit can drive a cold spike of fear through any woman when she's excited for a relationship to unfold with a man but things seem to be stalling.

To answer will he commit or not, you need to understand what it is that makes a man commit. Commitment has different motivations for men than it does for women and if you don't understand this, you may unknowingly have sabotaged his desire to be committed to you.

Understanding the signs he will never commit also gives you an understanding of how to get him to commit since you'll understand what must be there in your relationship in order to get him to commit.

You can't necessarily make him commit if he's willfully opposed to commitment, but fortunately this is very few men how are explicitly closed off to commitment. And no, you don't have to do anything wacky like get him to commit by walking away (I object to the idea that you can make him commit by walking away, though being WILLING to walk away from a relationship that isn't what you want is a requirement to have commitment, ironically).
