Hard Target 2 is an upcoming direct-to-video action film and is the sequel to the 1993 film Hard Target directed by legendary Hong Kong film director John Woo in his American debut. The 1993 action classic stars Jean Claude Van Damme, Lance Henriksen, Yancy Butler and Wilford Brimley.
Hard Target 2 follows a similar script where Scott Adkins is being hunted in the jungles of Burma and Thailand by Robert Knepper, Rhona Mitra and other mercenaries. The movie is directed by Roel Reiné and is scheduled for release on DVD and Blu-ray on September 6, 2016.
