In this special Pride Month episode, we highlighted the need for an intersectional climate justice movement that will push for the inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ lens in adaptation planning and disaster risk management.
We also called on our lawmakers to hasten the passage of the SOGIE Equality Bill, which would help us ensure a rights-based and evidence-based response to climate-related disasters, the pandemic, and human rights violations.
