Congress voting on stopgap spending bill to avoid government shutdown

Congress is taking action to prevent a threatened partial government shutdown Friday. The House plans to vote Thursday on a spending bill to pay the bills until Feb. 8. The Senate approved the measure Monday night without adding the money that President Trump demanded for border security. Nancy Cordes reports.
