The old fashioned Paneer/Chicken Curry that we can make right in our Bachelor kitchen, specially designed keeping in mind your love for chicken and that veggie roommate :)

The recipes are designed keeping in mind the limited resources we have, our limited time, and our unique taste. So try them in your room, enjoy it with your roommates, and let us how they taste in the comments section below :) Hurry Curry Ingredients - chicken/ paneer - 500 gm 4 medium sized onions - chopped 1 tablespoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons coriander powder - 2 teaspoons garam masala - 1 tablespoon curry leaves - 2 springs red chillies - 3-4 Coriander - 2 table spoons salt as per required oil - 3 table spoons Process : Heat pan oil in a pan add red chilli, cumin and curry leaves and fry them for 2 mins Add chopped onions and saute them for 3 minutes. now add ginger garlic paste to the saute onions and fry them for further 2 more minutes. Add chilli powder, turmeric, dhaniya powder, salt, garam masala and fry it till oil separates Now add chicken/ paneer pieces and fry it for 5 mins. Add water to it, cover with lid and let it boil for 15 mins. After chicken/paneer is boiled add chopped coriander at the end.
