La canción es desde el punto de vista de alguien que intenta convencer a una persona suicida de "quedarse" recordándoles que puede haber alguien ahí fuera que los ame. Desde su lanzamiento en el DVD hasta 2013, los fans se refirieron a la canción como "Stay"; sin embargo, en una respuesta a un fan en Twitter, Gerard Way confirmó que el verdadero nombre de la canción era "Someone Out There Loves You".
