Tami Discusses how to be succesfull in putting meals together based our our "batch prepping" cooking style. Decision fatigue is a real thing. We make so many decisions throughout the day that by the time we get to the end of the day and dinner time we are weaker in our resolve. We are hard wired to seek out the highest calorie dense food the least amount of energy – that spells disaster if you are not already prepared with a supportive environment for a healthy lifestyle.

Meal Planning
I used to plan my meals using animal product as the main dish and planning around that. Now I think what STARCH will I be having and planning my meal around it!
Potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, quinoa, millet, oat groats, wild rice, corn, winter squash like Kabocha, butternut, Deliciata and so on.
