Hi my name is Alexa, I am working at a call center company for three years. I was the customer service and sales representative so I am receiving calls from the customer. I am resolving their issue making sure that it is a first call resolution. I am also sending out their bills, processing payments over the phone. I've also handle chat and email campaigns. I am also selling products to the customer convincing upgrades for their services if necessary. I also do basic troubleshooting. I am also processing their orders providing their tracking numbers and next day deliveries and I get also promoted as a supervisor for two years so I do coaching agents make sure that I do coach them on the areas that needs improvement I also do reports to the managers every week. I am board Solberg as a real estate virtual assistant I'd did admin tasks like cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, property research, sending offers, and messages to customers using Podio and I also making contracts to new honors. I have also worked as a personal virtual assistant by an entrepreneur. So I do web research, making itineraries, travel planning, hotel accommodations online and local shoppings for her and also managing her emails. I have experience in mojo, podio, Vulcan 7, Trello, myarray pro, zillow, trulia, Google Docs, Google sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel as well as trap box and Google tribe.
