Then, I put together several bags of mixed veggies, fresh salads, and loads of mixed berries and fruit to stay nourished during our 3-day hiking trip. I share how helpful it is to take the additional time and planning prior to the trip to ensure I will have healthy meals from start to finish. Instead of relying on fast food and gas station junk food, I stayed plant-based and healthy all 3-days! I hope this video provides you with ideas on how to plan for your next plant-based vacation.
