Lake Louise Village Hamlet Alberta Canada Travel
Lake Louise is a hamlet in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies, known for its turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks and overlooked by a stately chateau. Lake Louise is for those seeking the purest of mountain experiences. It is a special place to connect with nature and the Canadian Rockies landscapes. 40 minutes west of Banff, Lake Louise offers majestic wilderness without big crowds, as well as independent and locally owned restaurants, shops and boutiques.
In this video I walked in Lake Louise village which is very small and it seems it has only one plaza with restaurants and coffee shop. There are few lodge hotels to choose from to stay and historic Lake Louise train station which has its own restaurant. We stayed in Lake Louise Inn one night to explore Lake Louise area, and were able to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
