Chair Yoga for Gratitude with Jacob Cino is a gentle 12 minute practice with a focus of giving thanks.  Using the practice to dedicate to others we follow are breath with movement to focus are mind and intention.  Settling into a headspace of gratitude and dedication.  I hope you find some love in this class.
