✅Today's recipe is easy leftover roast chicken pasta!
For this simple leftover chicken recipe (that serves 3) you need the following ingredients:

- leftover chicken
- 120gr smoked pancetta or bacon
- a pinch of black pepper
- salt is optional as in most situation the ready cooked chicken would be already seasoned and pancetta has already a hefty amount of salt, but you adjust to your taste.
- a pinch of chili flakes
- a clove of grated garlic
- 1tsp of tomato paste
- 5-10gr butter
- 250ml dairy cream
- chopped chives
- 330gr dry pasta
