What's one piece of advice we'd give a starting entrepreneur?

Sometimes in business you win, and sometimes you learn! That's what I have found out over the years when it came to my insurance and real estate business. What I really learned over the years is that I now wish that I had done it faster. It would have been bigger now if I had done that.

I made millions and millions of dollars, but I could have made even more if I would have been bolder and faster about building it up. NOW is the correct time to pick up the pace.

My friend Marc Accetta knows that too. He also knows what it takes to put a winning team together. Marc had a mentor when he started building a business that was brutally honest with him, but made him better. That mentor told him he had to be accepting of "tough love," you have to be coachable or teachable, you have to be willing to invest in education and you have to be tough. Business isn't easy and it isn't fast. If you want to reach the top, it comes with a price. Fast and easy are not part of that price. Hey, being successful isn't for everybody. It's just not.

However, if you stick to your craft and work hard, then it will pay off for you down the road. The sky is the limit if you don't give up.
