The low-pressure area (LPA) east of Mindanao has exited the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), but the northeast monsoon and shear line will still bring rains in some parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tuesday.
