Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker says MBTA is on the right track. But is it?
Officials say work on the Orange Line is half done and on the right track, but others argue numerous far deeper issues need to be addressed with the MBTA. Jim Braude was joined by David D’Alessandro, the lead author behind the 2008 MBTA Review under then-governor Deval Patrick, who has been urging for change on the train lines for 13 years, to discuss the issues plaguing the T. D’Alessandro also shared his outlook on the project, including why he believes we are in for another hold up like the Big Dig that could last years.
