Market research is an incredibly critical step that requires a lot of thought and analysis.

We look for a sweet spot when it comes to appreciation.. Meaning that I don’t invest primarily for appreciation, but I still like to see some consistent growth. We want average appreciation; not sky high, but not non-existent either.
