Fermentation and Health Speaker Series: David Zilber

video thumbnail
The Center for Human Microbiome Studies at Stanford University School of Medicine presents the new Fermentation and Health Speaker Series. The goal of this series is to give space for nuanced conversation around current understanding and knowledge gaps of fermented food research. We plan to explore the many ways fermented food can connect to our health including social and environmental impact.

Recorded January 24, 2023, David Zilber kicks off the series by presenting a framework through which we can consider our relationship to fermented foods and health. With Elisa Caffrey and Dr. Justin Sonnenburg.
