I have had the Titan Fitness Seated Leg Extension / Leg Curl Machine for nearly 2 years. In fact, it is one of the only Titan Fitness pieces of home gym equipment I still own and it is one of my favorite Titan Fitness machines. However, it has been well established the machine lacks resistance in the starting position of both the leg extension and leg curl. This video shows my favorite hack to improve the machine’s resistance profile.
