Each circuit has 4 compound strength exercises that will work multiple muscle groups at the same time. This increases you heart rate into a fat burning zone while you build lean muscle. That lean muscle is what will increase your metabolism. At the end of each round we will do a low impact cardio exercise two times. The first time for 30 seconds and the second time an all out push for 20 seconds. This will increase your heart rate higher creating that HIIT which burns lots of calories. Are you ready to do this?
