Russia is coming under mounting international pressure over the end of a deal allowing Ukrainian grain exports to pass through the Black Sea. At the United Nations Security Council meeting on July 21, UN humanitarian co-ordinator Martin Griffiths said potentially tens of millions of people could end up paying the price for this decision.
