This is what I eat in a day in the winter. High carb raw vegan, 100% raw. I eat a fattier meal at night. Higher fat in the winter usually. I'm still slim though. Fatty meals don't make you gain weight necessarily. You can lose weight eating high fat plant foods.

Also I show you what supplements I am taking right now. B12, papaya enzyme, bromelaine, curcumin.
