Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez this past weekend said that the conservative Supreme Court Justices who lied under oath during their confirmation hearings about Roe v Wade should be impeached. While this will never actually happen, it isn't very hard to make the case that these Justices clearly lied during their hearings and did the exact opposite of what they said they would do - which is why they were appointed in the first place. President Biden may not be willing to fight back against the Republicans after they overturned Roe versus Wade. But one Democrat who is, is democratic representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, who did the media rounds this past weekend calling for the impeachment of Supreme court justices. Thomas says Thomas Kavanaugh and Barrett. Why? Well, because according to AOC, all of these individuals lied under oath during their Supreme court hearings. And honestly, it's really not even that hard to prove all of these people were asked and the cameras were cameras were rolling when they were asked, is rose settled law? And they all said, yes, they all made it clear that Roe was untouchable. And then of course this past Friday, they touched it. They overturned it. So that would in fact, indicate that they lied about their position on this particular issue. And since they were under oath, lying under oath to Congress is in fact a violation of the law, which means it's an impeachable offense.

Again, very easy to put all that together. We have their current ruling. We have the televised hearings. You can go back and find those clips anywhere online should be cut and dry, right? And it is, let's be clear about that. It, 100% is the problem of course, is that you're not ever gonna get the numbers to impeach and remove these idiots from the United States Supreme court. But at least she's doing something. At least she is putting this out there in the ether. And at this point, that's kind of what you have to do. You have to put these justices on, notice that if we get the numbers, your is gone. You lied under oath and we are not gonna sit here and just blindly take whatever it is. You're gonna dish out. We're going to fight back. We're going to use this threat of impeachment against you, and we're gonna hold it over your heads for as long as we possibly can, because that's what has to happen.

As AOC says, there has to be consequences for these people lying under oath, because if there's not consequences, then nothing matters. Then we're sending the message to the next generation of judges, whether it's Scottish judges, federal judges, district judges, whatever it is, we're sending them the message that, Hey, it's okay to go and lie under oath and then get your little lifetime appointment to where you're basically untouchable until the day you die. That's the message we're sending. If we don't take some kind of action or at the very least continue with this threat of action against them,

It's good to see that we have people like AOC coming out and fighting. Bernie Sanders has been calling for expanding the court. Rashida's LA Ilan. Omar. They've also been out there fighting. Meanwhile, we get other Democrats who say, oh, the best thing I could do at this point is, uh, take a picture of my yoga pose and put it on social media. I'm meditating on it. Get that outta here. I'm so sick and tired of these Mely mouthed, weak little Democrats putting on this little show for everybody to think that, oh, they're just these sensitive, angry people. And they're trying to deal with it the best they can bull crap. I want fighters. I want nothing but fighters. And unfortunately we only have a handful of them right now, serving in the house and Senate. That's not enough. We need more.
