The biggest "Oh crap" moment of E3 2015 was when Microsoft announced backwards compatibility for the Xbox One. There are 90+ million Xbox 360's in the world, and when those people look to upgrade, they'll obviously see a console that can play native backwards compatibility, it'll give Xbox One an advantage. Suddenly the library and options are huge.
