Treatment For Severe Rotator Cuff Tear Pain

Here's a treatment for rotator cuff tears that are very painful. If it's extremely flared up right now, get a sling like this and put that sling on and on the side that bothers you. Get your elbow in there. Make sure your elbows all the way in the corner of that pocket, tighten up the sling by pulling the strap so that it shoves your elbow up against the ball socket.Join up here. And what's happening is you're bringing the edges of the tear together. So it needs to be pulled up enough to shove your elbow and your shoulder upwards. And it should begin to feel relieving almost immediately. Wear this throughout the day, especially when you're going to be active doing things for two reasons so that you can avoid using the arm as much, but also to let other people know not to bump into you and not to have you do things that you might normally do that could aggravate your shoulder.
