If you end up going to physical therapy for a sciatica problem, then they may offer you stretches and back exercises to help fix your sciatica problem. And you need to know that stretches tend to make sciatica problems worse. It may feel good in the moment, but it keeps the sciatica problem there for the long term. And that's because that nerve runs down the back of the hip here.
