Health: According to WHO, health is defined as complete physical mental and social well being of an organism.
Reasons which affect health are as follows:
1.Genetic: It is hereditated from generations to generations like diabetes, hemophilia etc.
2. Infections: It is caused due to infecting agents or pathogens like bacteria, virus, fungus etc.
3. Life Style: It is our behaviour of living our life. Nutrition...etc

Ways to regulate good Health:
1. Proper balance diet
2. Regular exercise yoga and meditation
3. Vaccination and Immunization
4. Proper hygiene and cleanliness
