North Wales Police have issued a statement after a headteacher was found guilty of carrying out sickening sexual attacks against young girls.

Neil Foden, 66, was found guilty of 19 of 20 charges against four young girls after a three-week trial at Mold Crown Court.

Foden, who worked at a school in north Wales, was slammed as an "arrogant and controlling man" by the judge, who said his excuses for his behaviour "beggared belief."
