On First Take with Max Kellerman and Stephen A. Smith they discuss The Dallas Cowboys Head Coach Mike McCarthy and The Green Bay Packers. The Dallas Cowboys just let go of their Head Coach Jason Garrett. They now signed the old Coach for The Green Bay Packers, Mike McCarthy. I think this is a good move for the Dallas Cowboys, for what they need at the moment. Mike McCarthy is a well seasoned Super Bowl winning Head Coach.

Mike McCarthy has been a coach on many different levels in the NFL for years. Mike has been a NFL head coach since 2006, where he was with The Green Bay Packers. Mike McCarthy did miss the playoffs his last two years with the Packers, which is a red flag. But, that could have been because of things going on behind closed doors.

The Dallas Cowboys are a stacked team that is ready to make a strong push for the Super Bowl now! Mike McCurry was not brought in to be a long term Head Coach. He was brought in to win now, which I think he can do. You do not need to be a coaching guru to coach a highly talented team like the Cowboys.
