New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio holds a news conference on the coronavirus outbreak. The number of cases continues to climb across the state, rising by more than 10% overnight to 83,712. New York City accounts for more than half of the coronavirus infections across the state at 47,439, according to data Gov. Andrew Cuomo released at a press conference on Wednesday.
