The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, accused the Rossiya 24 TV channel of lying when commenting on a report about Severodonetsk.

Kadyrov announced the "liberation" of Mariupol several times before the Russian armed forces did, and he's now claiming that Russian forces have full control over the residential parts of eastern Ukraine's Severodonetsk.
