While we saw the Prime Minister, his wingman Amit Shah, Behenji and the newly paired Akhilesh Yadav and Rahul Gandhi pay extra attention to just 40 out of 403 seats around Varanasi, the turnout was rather modest. What does this mean for all parties involved? Aren't the voters enthused enough?
