轻松烹饪美味可口的红烧肉|砂锅红烧肉|Braised Pork Belly in Clay Pot

这样做红烧肉操作简单,软糯不腻。这次我是用的电砂锅,如果用普通砂锅中小火炖煮的时间大约是50分钟到1个小时。
Chinese red braised pork belly is scrumptious and comforting. This recipe shows you how to cook it effortlessly. I used an electric casserole. If use a normal casserole, the cooking time is about 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Ingredients:
700g Pork belly 五花肉
Sichuan peppercorn 花椒
Star anise 大料
Dried chili peppers 干辣椒
Ginger 姜
Green onion 葱
8g Crystal sugar 冰糖
2g Salt 盐
1tbsp Soy sauce 酱油
1.5 bsp Dark soy sauce 老抽
1tbsp Cooking wine 黄酒
