How often should I plan a UT1 (Oxygen Utilization 1) session into my training? How much volume should I complete each session? How should I structure my UT1 sessions? In this video we discuss these questions and more so you can create a effective training plan for yourself or the athletes that you coach.

UT1 may also be referred to as Category V training or aerobic threshold training.
