WELCOME to another video. This time I will be doing a 4 minute HIIT Rogue Echo bike workout. This happens to be one of the presets on the bike also known as INT 10/20. This means work for 10 seconds and rest for 20. Sounds easy right? Well it's NOT! No matter how fit you think you are, this will be sure to put you on the ground.
