I tried deleting my social media and other digital minimalism steps and it changed the way I lived with my smartphone. I urge all of you to try at least 30 days of no social media.

In this series I planned to go through some habit challenges and share with you my experience and if it's worth the try or not. Lets do this….

Digital Minimalism in my perspective means the act of minimizing your digital usage in a daily basis. We are surrounded by screens and connected by a web of information and yet we fail to attain happiness with all this power. Too much of something is a burden and thus, minimizing aids in the ultimate goal of settling.
