#KwentongKlima with Dani Madriaga

video thumbnail
Having developed a love for the environment at an early age, Climate Reality Leader Danielle Madriaga pursued her passion for green and sustainable development when she grew up. She became a licensed civil engineer after finishing her university education with a thesis on green infrastructure. She then completed her certification as a green building professional under the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence of the Philippine Green Building Council.

For February’s #KwentongKlima, Dani shared her journey towards being a Climate Reality Leader and coordinator for The Climate Reality Project Philippines Youth Cluster. She talked about her fears and hopes in relation to the climate crisis and underscores the urgency of climate action.

We hope that Dani’s story inspires you—no matter where you’re from or what you do—to join the climate and sustainability movement. Together, let us pave the way for a better reality and a better Philippines.

Ikaw, ano ang #KwentongKlima mo? If you have a climate story to tell, share it with us in the comment section below.
