I think you’ll love this workout! It’s called TABATA! It’s an interval workout - 8 reps of exercises = 1 TABATA. 20 seconds each exercise with a 10 second test in between. 8 total TABATAS (2 minute rest in between each one). It is a full body workout as it alternates between cardio sessions and strength training sessions. It's a workout for all ages, levels, and sizes as I show lots of options throughout! Great for seniors and beginners and even experienced exercisers. It includes a warm up and cool down. No big space needed - just a pair of hand weights if you have them (water bottles or soup cans will work!) ENJOY!
