8 MIN. FAT BURNING JUMP ROPE WORKOUT | HIIT CARDIO FOR FAT LOSS AT HOME WORKOUT // Ready for a killer fat burning jump rope workout at home? In this 8 min fat burning workout we will be doing two hiit jump rope tabatas. A tabata is 20 sec. work followed by 10 sec rest for a total of 8 rounds. We will be doing two of these back to back. It’s all jump rope, but we will be doing different skills throughout. If you don’t know how to do the skill just pick one that you do know. Don’t worry about trip ups. It’s only 8 minutes so go hard and give it everything you’ve got! You can follow along with this video or do it on your own.
